No, when they put the camera up in front of the mouth, they splice in footage from a pre-recorded medical examination. When they pull away, they fade it back to the live footage. They're tricky like that, they are.

Haha, at their show I did the behind the head leg stretch , and we were sitting in the front row and one of the blue men just stopped and stared at me, it was hilarious!
