I just talked to a t-mobile customer service and she is the rudest person I ever talked to... impatient and yelling. I don't know if you guys ever experience that from t-mobile but I definitely recommend that they need to improve how they help others but if not, I am seriously going to leave after when my contract expires. They're phone service also sucks really bad... 0% reception in a store! Are they ever planning to expand???!!
