Yes, it sounds like either Bbm7 or Dbmaj7#11. These chords have a lot of notes in common anyway.

Hi!To my ear it sounds more like Cm7 - Dbmaj7#11 (4 times) the rest of the song is basically Cm-ish.cheers/Jean

What is that chord progression from 2:48 onwards? I can make out Cm7 - Bbm7 (4 times), but what's the 'release' chord after that at 3:05?
