Thank God Senator Franken won his bid and court battle to take up his rightfully elected place in the Senate. He is not just fighting for Minnesota, but for justice and equal treatment to all Americans and he is doing it without backing down and in the light of day unlike many Senators who sneak things in at the last minute in the shadows of procedural nonsense.
