No, this airline is only for pets. It only operates at 5 cities, New York, Washington, Chicago, Denver, and Los Angeles. There are only departures a few days a week. It is meant for someone say going to LA from NY, they would drop off their pet the day before they leave and it would be there shortly after they arrived. Some airlines allow you to bring a pet in the cabin but it must remain in its carrier the entire time and you have to pay a fee $100-$300.
