ferret, in response to your questions about why people pull out their knife, i do it occasionally as well, mostly keep my fingers moving. even though it can hurt your ability to shoot right away, i find it keeps my rhythm while playing. I do it for the same reason that i unscope every once and a while while prescoping a hall, to keep the fingers ready.

mp7 seems to long range better full auto then single shot

The reason why they pull out the knife is because to make them run faster.
