no, you have to be a class 3 owner.any good tax paying american can get that liscense though.they come in semi auto, unless you buy a different trigger system and stuff, and get a liscense.you don't have to be a class 3 dealer in Texas, you can be a class 3 owner.

haha, They sell civillian models of this gun and they are the only known gun in Texas to retail mp5 sd's and other models.they also sell ALOT of Benelli models.They are located in Pflugerville, Texas, near Austin.

just a heads up if you want any of those guns.
