dude, no. this trick is called twilight zone and it has nothing to do with striking it again. All you need to do is make your wick tilt to the side, ignite, and what happens after you take away the flame and the oxygen on the top is it is actually still lit beneath, and with any movement like snaping is going to give it more oxygen to burn and come back.
