If this is the campaign about the wannabe-state Kosovo and its inhabitants, why then there are no scenes of that province?

Probably because, in that case, the overall poverty, the region with an exceptionally high rate of crime, the ghettos for Non-Albanians enclosed by barbed-wire fences, barbarically destroyed medieval Serbian cultural heritage, usurped property of the dislodged Non-Albanians etc. had to be shown!
