The ARC-170 were seen as vehicles to be used by elite Rebel and Imperal Pilots. by the Battle of Yavin, they were replaced by the T-65 X-Wing in the rebel forces as for Naboo, it was occupied by the Imperail Army, and was ruled by a pro-Imperial Government
