Star Wars bloopers (IV V VI)


Something old i came across. Real old bloopers from the first movies!Apparently from the Trilogy Box Set from 2004Marinox420:
"This is in fact a DVD easter egg from the 2004 Star Wars Trilogy boxed set. You can access this feature by selecting title 38 on the Bonus Material disc of the set."
How accurate this is, I do not know. :)

You're preaching to the choir here.

One of the things that made The Dark Knight such an effective film, was it's minimalistic use of CGI.

Too true. Although there were a few incredible visuals in the new films, I think they needed to tone back the CGI a lot more and then maybe enhance animatronic creatures lightly if it would help.

It isn't just the Star Wars films, either. Too many new films are overusing CGI. It's like there's some Hollywood guild rule or something that says if you use an FX company you have to use a minimum amount of their services.

I think that if they used some of the pyrotechnics shown here in newer movies, it would with great effect. It's a shame that it appears such a thing is going by the wayside in favor of total CGI.
