Sorry guys - my mistake - I commented before the entire video played. And now I do wonder if it really was real with tilt shift or if there was any animation at all. either way, wow. :)

@bruhe The whole video is like a 3min movie. Guys falls into ocean, gets washed out to sea. Hellicopter picks guy up and lands, And at the end you see guy re-united with his children.

check the descrip. this is tilt/shift - a special lens is used to distort part of the photo to make the eye perceive it as a miniature when in fact the image is of real life people/places. The camera is timed to take x number of pictures every minute and made into a film.
