im on my 3rd xbox the first 1 lasted about a year and i used warrenty to get another 1 and my 2nd just broke after lasting 3 years i was gonna use warrenty but i just traded it in 2 be refurbed at gamestop n got a moderwarfare 2 xbox 360

hmm... you should have told the customer service team that this is wasting your money as you have purchased a 12month xbox LIVE subscription, you have to be assertive with Microsoft if you want them to do anything quickly...

Anyways 1 month subscription for free? What about the 2 months your xbox is getting fixed? I have a 12 month on mine and its going to waste
Now the second time I'm getting it fixed it took a month just for them to send me the postal address sticker, the recession made microsoft lazy, their customer service sucks, it took me 2 months to get from my xbox breaking to me mailing it in
besides, my 3 year warranty ends in a month so its useless

well i'm just saying that not all xbox 360's break, and Microsoft did have a law suit filed against them forcing them to put a 3 year warranty on every xbox 360 sold in any shop around the world... my friends on his 3rd xbox 360 and everytime microsoft sent it back to him he got a msp point card and xbl gold subscription (1500 msp, 1 month gold) can't really argue with that right?

good for you? You probably didn't buy one of the earlier models, back when it sold for $300/$400
