Oblivion superior to Fallout 3 or vice versa?They're practically the same game minus the time and setting. The gameplay is almost exactly the same. I own both. So, it all comes down to preference as to what I play more. I prefer the samurai styling of Katana with bow and arrow. Plus, the lush landscapes of Oblivion are more appealing to me.Fallout 3 seldom gets played. I can only handle so much open endedness.

oblivion is an awesome game, and im playing it realy much. but they shoud have taken more stuffs more morrowind into this game! for ex its realy fun to make the greatest spells in morrowind with spellmaking, u can make an spell wish summons 7 creatures to fight by your side for 5 hours!

I prefferred morrowind over oblivion, oblivion had better graphics and all, but morrowind had certain things that i missed in oblivion, like levitation, numerous summonings, the ability to mega jump across huge expanses of terrain, and the kind of dark look that morrowind had that oblivion seemed to lose with its enhanced graphics.

Of course the consoles will handle TES5. Creating crysis-style graphics is impossible because the consoles will not be able to run the game (thats where the other half of their fanbase is at) and it will take a beast of a pc to run at full settings. They would have to spend years making such an engine and would probably not be able to polish the gameplay to an Elder Scrolls standard, Far Cry 2 is an example of the lack of detailed gameplay, sure it looks nice but the gameplay sucks ass.

elder scrolls 5 : skyrim is the next instalment but if you want the first two think there called the arena and hamerfell

I like this game on PC because the loading problem is almost all gone. I'm playing that game with HDR and 1400 resolution. I use season mod that makes everything in nature looking bigger. Plus, I go into console to type '' set timescale to 10 '' and it really slow down the time (really nice option). You can set the time at any numbers you want, pretty cool!

I can't stop playing that game with 3 different characters: Imperial Paladin, Wood Elf Archer, and Khajiit Thief.

If they make more, than there will be less appeal to Bethesda. Thus more pertinent for the best to make the best better and greater.

truth be told i would rather they back off on the graphix so the can provide a game that runs better

i mean seriously when did they become John Carnac? focus on the gameplay.

i beat Oblivion and put it down because i did everything.

i can pick up morrowind right no and find something to do.

and i hated how they limited the abilities of the player

and i want more Sithis dam it XD
