Beckham might be critisized for doing so many ads and stuff but nobody can't deny that he has a gifted accuracy. His free kicks and crosses are top class and one of a kind. I'm not his fan, just pointing out facts. Still, I'm sticking up with Gerrard. YNWA.

"a decent footballer"? Decent footballers don't get 115caps(58 as captain) for their country. They don't play for clubs like Man Utd, Real Madrid and AC Milan. They don't go to 3 world cups(4, barring injury). While i agree that everyone is entitled to an opinion, to label David Beckham as a decent footballer is just ignorance, simple as. I believe he went to america too young but his ability is beyond question. He'll be sorely missed when he does finally hang up his boots. Legend.

david beckham turned from a decent footballer to a walking advertisment...i agree that ronaldinho is rubbish but tbh i wouldnt want beckham in it either there are so many players better then him in his position that are faster,work harder,more goal scoring abilitie and better defensive quailtys. i really dont understand why people focus on him.

becks has accuracy no other player has. he is hated on coz he isnt 'tricky' like ronaldinho and ronaldo and he isnt very quick. but in most games he runs a full mile more than any other player, proving his stamina and work ethic. personally id prefer beckham in my team than lazy show pony ronaldinho, just saying
