Philippines is a Christian country, therefore forgiveness through lifting the inmates spirit is not a going to hurt the community, but rather demonstrate to the whole world the difference of being a Christian.

This is the most innovative, constructive, and brave ways to organize inmates to build unity and peace in the prison. Psychologically these inmates have gained trust and unity. I know this cant happen elsewhere in the world. They would have had serious crimes in the cell. Its a shame that the governor wasnt strong enough to take the credit. .
