The 10,000 times thing is about muscle memory- your brain thinks about it consciously for that span if movements, and then another zone of your brain takes over and you don't have to think "ok, left food forward...."

Thank goodness for the internet and people who share their talents! I am in Japan and wouldn't be able to learn most of what I research without videos like this.
