Here is some information that may affect your interest. It is compelling and legitimate EVIDENCE that FORCES a case to be opened of re-opened. "They" do not have evidence. It does not exist. There is a gross lack of any fundamental knowledge of basic concepts of law here. Making such statements spreads misinformation, and if you are not sure, DO NOT post anything. All you do is perpetuate lies and misconceptions to illiterate and ignorant people who in turn spin their own version.

"if" there was any solid, admissible evidence it would certainly be feasible that a judicial order to re-open the case would have occurred IN THE LAST 15 YEARS

the case will not be re-opened for the very same reasons this 'evidence' never bore any fruit in the first place

there is absolutely no compelling evidence that Courtney was involved in the unfortunate death of her husband

bear in mind that a high tolerance to an opiate suggests that someone with that high tolerance could easily survive a 'lethal' dose it is completely subjective kurt had a high tolerance and was it high enough to (potentially) survive what he injected all the noise about the high dosage is complete speculation and remains UNPROVEN as to ANY lethality with regards to the events leading up to his death
