lets explain carefully-she came to america when she was 16 speaking africaans mostly at home, this was early 1990's so american tv wasnt as predominant as it might be now.she came to america and learned english properly and fully, so she learned it in an american dialect.DO NOT judge someone harshly if you dont know them.
