It's the conclusion to DBZ Movie 8 with Super Saiya-jin Goku versus The Legendary Super Saiya-jin Broli. I uploaded two additional Movie 8 clips, the links to those can be found at the bottom of thisdescription.

This is ripped directly from the 1080p HD Source, however it's not in HD on YouTube due to their restrictions. I resized it to look the best it can on YouTube. You won't find any better looking DBZ clips than ones like this on YouTube.
