Angelica tells her friends that she has the same medallion as Pop sensation Emica. But it's a lie so she talks Tommy into giving her the medallion in exchange for setting up Chuckie with Samantha. Instead of asking for the medallion, Tommy makes a Fake one out of a Dog treat and switches them. But Spike eats both the fake one and the real one.
