When Susan and Mary give Gil a special bubble love gum to make him love them, it turns him into a rampaging monkey boy instead. In order to save Porkbelly and Gil from government testing, the girls give Johnny and Dukey superpowers so they can save Gil. With Dukey's power to fly and Johnny's hurricane hands, shapeshifting power, and more importantly, his power poots, they save Porkbelly and monkey boy Gil.
